Search and service operation

We process the search text, filters and product identifiers you submit to return results, show product details and compare products. When intelligent search is active, search text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for semantic retrieval and ranking. Please do not include identity details, prescriptions or other sensitive personal information in searches.

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and request protection. IP addresses are used to limit request rates. Traffic metrics, sampled request logs, error records and model usage counters support troubleshooting and capacity management. Requested URLs, request times, statuses and error information may appear in operational records. Searches through /search also include search text in the URL and browser history.

AI eyewear conversations

The AI eyewear assistant sends your requests, conversation context and relevant product information to OpenAI to interpret requests and generate replies. Our server retains conversations and saved frames for up to 24 hours; New chat deletes them. Usage records without conversation content are retained. An HttpOnly session cookie restores the same selection. Do not enter payment or private information.

Cookies and browser storage

Changing language sets a loify_locale cookie to remember your choice for one year; changing it again resets that period. Browser local storage keeps your most recent successful search conditions and comparison selection so you can resume them. These records have no automatic expiry, are updated as you use the site, and can be removed by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Browser history is cleared separately.

Product annotations and correspondence

If you use product annotation, submitted labels and their product associations are stored on the server for viewing and revision through that feature. Other visitors may see them. The current implementation does not automatically expire annotations; please do not put personal information in labels.

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, to respond and handle your request. Email service providers process correspondence; hosted database services process product information, annotations and operational counters.

External websites and privacy requests

When you follow a merchant or other external link, that website handles your visit and any purchase information under its own privacy policy.
